Hello Everyone!
Well Summer is progressing and despite the gloomy weather at home our associates at the many cookery schools we work with tell us that bookings are good and courses full. Lots of the schools have some wonderful demo nights where you can watch your favourite chefs for a modest charge and have a really memorable evening - see the event at Bordeaux Quays in Bristol for example on 13th September.
A hot favourite of ours is always Slatterys in Manchester and there are some fabulous courses for you chocolate and cake lovers, a trip to this mecca of all that is good in cake making has to be on the agenda if you are visiting the Manchester area.
We will be revamping our cookery school section shortly so make sure you book mark the page as there will be some great offers on the best courses for 2009 and 2010. Treat yourself and your friends or family not forgetting that cookery courses make a great gift!

Bordeaux Quay Bristol
The Cookery School at Bordeaux Quay is situated at Bordeaux Quay Restaurant in the heart of Bristol. Owned and run by chef Barny Haughton, the Cookery School runs short workshops and longer-term courses for adults and children as well as bespoke events for community groups, corporate clients and private parties.
The Cookery School is also available to hire as a venue.
