A spicy and tasty dish that is so simple to prepare by the delightful Romy Gill
Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
1 Poussin Chicken
Marinade:
2 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp grated garlic
4 tsp Tandoori Masala
2 tsp Red Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp rapeseed oil
1 tsp plain flour
3 tsp low fat Greek yogurt
Juice of one lemon
Salt to taste
Cooking Method
Serves 2 - 3
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken in the marinade overnight.
Cook the chicken at 180C (fan) for about 50 minutes. Rotate it after 30 minutes to make sure it is well cooked from all sides.
Serve with raw onion rings and a sprinkle of lemon juice.
